The combination of lime and mango is amazing.

Plus, I love that added boost of protein and the ease of using just 4 healthy ingredients.

Simply add the ingredients to the food processor and you are ready to eat ice cream, without the guilt.

Instructions
  1. Add 1/3 cup of coconut milk from a can to a food processor or blender.
  2. Zest 1 lime, then add the zest and lime juice to the food processor.

  4. Add 1 cup of frozen mangos.
  5. Put the top on the food processor and blend for 20-30 seconds until smooth.
