How To Do Overhead Dumbbell Saxon Side Bends Exercise Video Demonstration and Guide

Overhead Dumbbell Saxon Side Bends are a great abs exercise that primarily targets your obliques and builds overall core strength.

To get started:

  1. Hold a pair of dumbbells overhead, elbows slightly bent, and abs contracted to keep your back straight.
  2. Slowly bend to one side as far as you can without bending forward or backward, as well as without twisting your back.
  3. Reverse the move to return to the starting position, then bend to the other side.
  4. Repeat.
