Live Lean Nation, on today’s exercise demonstration, I’m showing you how to do dumbbell saxon side bend.
Dumbbell Saxon Side Bends are a great ab exercise that primarily targets your obliques and builds overall core strength.
Watch the Dumbbell Saxon Side Bend: exercise demonstration video above.
To perform Dumbbell Saxon Side Bend:
1. Hold a pair of dumbbells overhead, elbows bent, and abs contracted to keep your back straight.
2. Slowly bend to one side as far as you can without bending forward or backward, as well as without twisting your back.
3. Reverse the move to return to the starting position, then bend to the other side.
4. Repeat.
