The Lateral Bench Step Over is an excellent plyometric exercise to improve leg power, explosiveness, agility, and overall fat burning.

To perform LATERAL BENCH STEP OVER:
1. Place a bench, step, or box that is approximately a foot tall on the ground.
2. While standing beside the bench, place your foot closest to the bench on top.
3. Then press through the bench with that foot and jump by swinging your arms up, then land with the opposite foot on the bench, with your other foot landing on the ground.
4. After landing immediately repeat by reversing the movement back to the other side of the bench.
