Watch the Dumbbell Long Arm Crunch: exercise demonstration video above.
To perform Dumbbell Long Arm Crunch:
1. Get down on the floor and lie down on your back with your knees bent, feet flat on the floor.
2. Extend your arms behind your head holding a pair of dumbbells.
3. With your arms straight over your head, contract your abs and crunch up by bringing your rib cage towards your pelvis.
4. Lower yourself under control.
5. Repeat.
