How To Eat Healthy When Your Parents Don’t

On today’s episode of Live Lean TV, I’m answering the often asked question, how can I eat healthy with my family visiting?

One of my eating rules when my parents are around, is to loosen up and go with the flow.

In other words, I am comfortable eating what they eat, since I know I’m going to get back to my normal diet of eating well, once they go back home.

Since Living Lean is a lifestyle, I don’t have to freak out over a few bad days of eating because I know I will get back to my healthy ways.

Even with my parents here, I actually eat healthy the majority of the day anyway since we usually only eat dinners together.

If I know my other meals throughout the day were healthier, and I get a good workout in, I feel completely fine about eating a lasagna or pizza for dinner, since I know it’s not going to ruin my progress.
