Trust me, these are NOT your typical McDonald’s Chicken McNuggets!

In fact, our daughter Kyla refuses to eat McDonald’s Chicken McNuggets after she tried these quick and simple homemade chicken nuggets.

Of course, these paleo friendly chicken nuggets are also way healthier and actually made with real chicken breast instead of mystery meat.

Also these crispy chicken nuggets are baked instead of deep fried which drastically reduces the calories and ensures NO trans fat.

  • 3 small chicken breast diced into nuggets
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup almonds diced
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • dash Sea Salt
  • dash Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 Egg white

Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 15 minutes

  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 Egg white
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven at 400 F.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients.
  3. In a separate bowl, add the diced chicken.
  4. Add 1/4 of water and 1 egg white and mix into the chicken.
  5. Remove chicken from the liquid and toss it into the dry mixture.
  6. Bake for 10 mins, flip, bake for another 5-6 mins.
  7. Enjoy.
