There’s nothing like huddling around the big screen with your buddies for football Sunday.
Lots of laughs and, of course, lots of food and drinks.
Unfortunately, if you’re a big of a football fan, you probably spend a large portion of the day sitting in front of the TV, while also indulging on unhealthy and fattening processed junk foods.
You did that, right?
Of course you did.
However, what happens when the NFL Monday Night is on the next night?
Well you could, but I don’t recommend it.
Since you already had your cheat meal yesterday, and you are probably watching the Monday Night game at home, I have you covered.
Rather than binging on more unhealthy snacks, I want you to be proactive by making this delicious tasting protein chia muscle pudding recipes before the game.
You know I love my cheat meals.
However, if you’ve already had your cheat meal earlier in the week, this protein chia muscle pudding recipe is a healthy snack option to enjoy while watching football.
Even though this lemon infused protein chia pudding is delicious, if your buddies ask you what you ate during the game, you can simply call it, “Muscle Pudding”.
