You Can Burn Fat Without Cardio

I monitored my heart rate during a strength training workout to see how much time was spent in the fat burning zone.

On today’s episode of Live Lean TV, I’m following the Drop It 2.0 workout from January 2020 Team Live Lean training guide.

My goal is to show you how a Strength training workout can also elevate your heart rate, just like cardio can.

From the results in the video you can see that much of this workout was actually spent in the “fat burning zone”.

With each strength exercise, my heart rate would elevate, and with heavier weights, it would climb even more.

If you have believed that cardio was your only tool to burn fat, I hope that this video shows you the truth.
