Q: Can I follow this together with another program? Combine it with upper body, core, cardio or anything else?
A: Yes you can. This program is designed to be a stand-alone but since you’ll only be working your booty 4 out of 7 days per week you certainly have some opportunity to do other workouts as well. The other perk of this program is that the workouts take no longer than 40 minutes, so I know you’ll have time to squeeze in some upper body, core or cardio if you like.
