Of all the high achievers that I talk to, including anyone that has completely transformed their body and health, they seem to have this consistent habit.

They followed a systematic approach that led them to their success.

Meaning they had a plan, that took them from where they were, to where they are today.

But it’s not just about investing in a workout or meal plan, then hoping that everything will work.

Sorry, but that’s just not how success works.

However, the most important part is up to you.

It’s Up To You

I can’t do your squats for you.

You must put in the work.

You have to execute and commit to consistently put in the necessary work.

As your fitness coach, I can give you the world’s best workout program and meal plan.

But without your consistent effort and work, it’s freaking pointless.

Unfortunately paying for a workout program doesn’t mean that I can complete the physical aspect of your workout for you.

So in order for you to get the results that you desire, you must put in the work.

I ask you to be courageous.

Step outside today’s dominant culture of accepting average.

Commit to putting in the work needed to achieve the body and the health you deserve.

Like Thomas Edison said, “If we did all the things we are capable of doing, we would literally astound ourselves.”
