Self-Awareness: The Key To Your Fitness Success:

You don’t hear many fitness experts talking about it because it’s not sexy, it’s not instant, and it’s not marketable.

Yet I think it is one of the most important and overlooked aspects that you need to understand…

If you’re serious about transforming your body and health.

I’m talking about self-awareness.

Knowing what you truly want and desire.

And possibly more important than that…

Understanding what you’re actually willing and capable of doing to accomplish it.

If you ever catch yourself saying, “I don’t have time to workout”, understand what you’re really saying is… getting faster results with your health is not a top priority to you.

Therefore it will take you longer.

Not all people are willing to put in the necessary work to get faster results.

And that’s fine.

As long as you understand your results will come slower than your neighbor who never misses a workout.

But trust me…

Even if you’re not 100% on point with your workouts and diet…

IF you stay somewhat consistent and strive for daily progress, not perfection, results will still come.

Maybe not as fast or as dramatic as more committed people.

But you will get healthier.

Remember, Living Lean is not a race.

It’s not about being the most shredded person, a professional bodybuilder, or a world famous fitness model.

I am well aware that I personally have no desire to be any of those labels.

However, I am committed to the label of Living Lean.

To get in a 45 minute daily workout.

To eat healthy foods the majority of the time…

While still enjoying time out with my friends and family.

I’m living proof, that even at 36 years old…

This lifestyle balance still allows me to live 365 days a year with 8% bodyfat….

While still enjoying an occasional beer and pizza when it’s time to celebrate.

Living Lean is about implementing lifelong, sustainable healthy habits.

These habits and behaviors will develop inside you once you adopt the Live Lean mindset.

Bottom line.

If you catch yourself complaining about how you’re not losing weight fast enough.

Think about your daily actions.

Are they truly taking you closer to your goal.

Or are your daily actions speaking so much louder than the words coming out of your mouth.

Sure you want it. Everybody wants it.

But there’s no such thing as something for nothing.

You have to be patient and consistently work for it.

Especially when it comes to your health.

So I ask you.

If I told you it will take you 2 years, 5 years, or 10 years to accomplish your health goals…

Would you still commit to it?
