This is a quick and delicious paleo salmon patties recipe that will have your whole family yelling, DAMN that’s good!

Wild salmon is packed full of protein, and contains more of the muscle building essential amino acid, leucine, than a chicken breast.

It’s also high in the amino acid tryptophan, which helps produce the happy brain chemical, serotonin.

Wild salmon is also an excellent source of brain and heart healthy omega 3 fatty acids, including EPA and DHA.

Another great thing about this paleo salmon patties recipe is that it uses canned salmon.

Using high quality canned salmon is a convenient option for those days when you are low on groceries.

Simply buy the canned salmon in bulk and store it in your cabinets.

It’s a great option.

Paleo Salmon Patties
  1. Drain canned salmon, then add it to a bowl and mix together.
  2. Add the diced onion, diced celery, lemon pepper seasoning, diced fresh dill weed, sea salt, and coconut flour to the mixing bowl and stir together.
  3. Mix well and form as many patties as you like.
  4. Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat in a frying pan.
  5. Add patties to the heated pan and saute until on the first side for 3 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Flip the patties and finish sautéing for another 2 minutes.
  7. Add to a plate and enjoy!
