How To Do A Straight Punch Exercise Video Demonstration and Guide

The Straight Punch is another athletic cardio based movement to spike your heart rate and sweat off the stress.

If you have a heavy bag, use it.

To get started:

  1. Get into a boxer stance with your predominant leg back, fists up, palms in.
  2. Throw a straight punch by first extending your arm, and rotating your hips.
  3. Once your arm is in full extension, it should be in line with your shoulder, with your palm facing down.
  4. Return to the starting position and repeat for the desired number of reps.
  5. Then switch lead foot positions and repeat with your opposite arm.
