The Knee Thrust is an athletic cardio based movement to rev up your heart rate and hit your core. If you prefer, you can use an exercise ball to increase the core contraction.

To perform Knee Thrust:
1. Get in a boxing style stance, legs staggered with your predominant leg back, slightly bend your knees, with fists in front of your face, palms in.
2. Tighten your abs and explosively drive your back knee towards your chest, then drive it back to the beginning stance.
3. That’s one rep. Repeat with the same leg to hit your desired reps.
4. Switch your staggered stance so your non-predominant leg is back, and repeat.
