The Front Kick is a stress busting cardio based movement that spikes your heart rate in an athletic way.

To perform Front Kick Cardio:
1. Get into a boxing stance with your predominant leg back and your fists at chin level.
2. Quickly raise your back knee to your chest and kick straight out.
3. Bring your leg back down to assume the boxing stance and repeat the front kick again with the same leg.
4. Once you hit your desired reps or time, switch legs and repeat.
