The Ab Chopper is a great ab exercise that can be done anywhere. To make it more difficult, you could complete the exercise by holding a dumbbell in each hand.

To perform AB CHOPPER:
1. Lie on your back, knees bent and feet firmly planted into the ground, with your arms extended over your head, and your hands together.
2. With your arms extended, contract your abs and sit up, then bring your extended arms over to the outside of one of your hips in a chopping motion.
3. Reverse the movement back to the starting position, then repeat but this time chop to the outside of your opposite hip.
4. Keep alternating sides and repeat.
