Follow me through this amazing late night hamstring and glute workout that requires minimal equipment (just two dumbbells and a bench). These moves are suitable for anyone from beginner to advanced and can be made harder by adding heavier dumbbells, but you can also use these on the go, at home or anywhere.
In this video I show proper form for all 5 of these moves. You can do these anywhere and even try them without the dumbbells if you don’t have them.
Move 1: Dumbbell Pull Through
Move 2: Sprinter Lunge
Move 3: 1 Leg Glute Bridges
Move 4: 1 Leg Sit Downs
Move 5: Dumbbell Hamstring Curls
Do this workout 2-3 times a week to see results.

Do these exercises about 2-3x per week, about 10-12 reps each to see great muscle toning results!
