On today’s episode of Live Lean TV, I’m sharing a follow along 15 minute bodyweight full body workout at home.

In just 15 minutes, using only your bodyweight, you can still get in a great workout.

15 Minute Bodyweight Full Body Workout At Home

Complete 3 rounds of this 5 exercise circuit.

Complete each exercise for 30 seconds.

Take a 30 second break between exercises, then move directly into the next move.

A1. Squat With Narrow Stance

The first exercise in the circuit is the squat with narrow stance.

Reps: 30 seconds

Rest: 30 seconds

Sets: 3

Tempo: 2010

A2. Body Saw Tricep Push Up

The next exercise is the body saw tricep push up.

Reps: 30 seconds

Rest: 30 seconds

Sets: 3

Tempo: 2210

Coaching cues: The difference between this move and the regular tricep push up is the once you hit the bottom of the push up, extend your toes to rock your body forward, then reverse the movement back, just like a saw.

This movement at the bottom of the push up creates a lot of tension in the triceps.

A3. Alternating Stationary Pivot Lunge

The next exercise is the alternating stationary pivot lunge.

Reps: 30 seconds

Rest: 30 seconds

Sets: 3

Tempo: 1010

A4. Eccentric Step Up

The next exercise is the eccentric step up.

Reps: 15 seconds per leg

Rest: 30 seconds

Sets: 3

Tempo: 3010

Coaching cues: the difference between this step up variation and the regular step up is the emphasis on a slow and controlled lowering portion of the movement. This really places more tension on the glutes and hamstrings.

A5. Alternating Stationary Power Skips

The next exercise are alternating stationary power skips.

Reps: 30 seconds

Rest: 30 seconds

Sets: 3

Tempo: 10X0
