How To Do A Spiderman Pull Up Exercise Video Demonstration and Guide

The Spiderman Pull Up is an advanced variation of the traditional pull up that not only targets your back, but also pulls in more core work and obliques.

To get started:

  1. With an outside shoulder width grip, grab a pull up bar with your palms facing forward.
  2. To initiate the pull up, contract your back muscles and pull your chest towards one of your hands, while bending your knee, and lifting it towards the elbow on the same side.
  3. Once your chin is over the bar, lower your body under control and repeat with the other side.
