Everyone can benefit from walking workouts. Not only is this amazing for staying slim and lean, it’s also good for your mind. Walking outdoors is the number 1 anti-depressant and actually prescribed by some doctors.
Make sure you are focused on fitness and use good form, keep your core muscles engaged and use your arms too.

Repeat this circuit 2x for beginners, 3x for intermediate, and between 4 to 10x for advanced athletes.
