A little #shoulder #superset I like to hit after some #bicep #tricep volume training work. For the upright row I prefer to use an EZ curl bar with a wide grip as I find its easier on the wrist joint. TRUE STORY: in my single days, this used to be my favorite exercise to do when I saw a beauty at the gym … Such a clown in those days ? #LOL #LiveLeanTV

It's about creating as much muscle damage as possible via high volume sets. This was set 10 of 10. I'm using about 60% of my 1RM to ensure I can get through all 10 sets. #LiveLeanMass
