Intense Lower Abs Follow Along Workout

Follow this 10 min Lower Ab burner

On today’s episode of Live Lean TV, I’m guiding you through an Intense 10 Minute Lower Abs workout.

This entire workout is focused on that one small area Lower Abs

Be warned. It is INTENSE. I do not recommend this workout during pregnancy, postpartum, for anyone with an ab injury, or for a beginner who’s new to training abs.

This workout is specifically designed for intermediate and advanced trainees who are ready for an intense lower ab challenge.

If you are not pregnant, postpartum or recovering from any injuries and you are an experienced trainee you can go ahead and follow me through this:

Intense Lower Ab Workout

You’ll be doing 6 different lower ab exercises.

3 of them use no equipment at all, and the other 3 use only a Swiss Ball.

If you do not have a Swiss ball you can substitute any kind of bouncy ball, basketball, or even a pillow in its place.

You can also follow those moves without any ball and just copy the move without it.

If you need to take more rest between exercises then go ahead and do it. Pause the video for as long as needed between exercises if you want to extend the rest periods.

If you experience any lower back pain, STOP, and modify the move or switch to a different exercise.

As always, it’s important to feel the muscle but not to feel pain. If you are hurting yourself it’s a sign that you’re not ready for these moves. There are other workouts you can do to get in shape for this. See above.
