Creating a tighter waist is the result of two things:
Today’s workout will help you accomplish both these things, in just 15 minutes, without going anywhere.

This workout is designed to target your abs and deep core muscles with 5 of my favorite waist slimming moves.
You’re going to get right into the ab portion, with the beginner modifications in the first round and the advanced variations in the second round.
Next up, a quick 4 minute Cardio Tabata finisher to burn off belly fat
And then a 90 second Cool Down stretch.
You can follow along with me in the video so you won’t even need a timer or any instructions to follow, but here are the workout notes as well:
5 exercises, 40 seconds each, with 20 seconds rest between
Modify if needed.
4 exercises, 2 rounds, 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
3 stretches, 30 seconds each
