Follow Along Pregnancy Workout [with Toddler, 12 Minutes]

Follow me through a 12 minute Home Bodyweight only Pregnancy workout

This workout is great for all trimesters of pregnancy. You can also follow this when not pregnant.

In this video I am 27 weeks along, (almost the 3rd Trimester), and my toddler is 2 years (26 months) old.

The exercises included in this program are all safe and specifically chosen for the pregnant woman and baby growing inside.

All of these exercises are pregnancy safe and beneficial for both mama and baby.

The specific workout shown in the video is called “Finish Strong” and it’s just one of the workouts from the Third Trimester training guide.
