A lot of people will scare you into thinking you can’t or shouldn’t train while pregnant.
It’s simply not true that exercise (when done correctly) is harmful during pregnancy. It’s actually SUPER beneficial to both mom and baby.
Since our health as mamas is super important to the health of our growing baby’s, it’s important for us to stay active and fit so our babes can too.
