Cinnamon Bun Shake

Ingredients (one serving):

– 1 serving of vanilla whey protein powder (read below for discount and why I use Prograde Protein Powder)
– 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/4 tsp cinnamon
– 1/4 tsp nutmeg
– 1 cup of almond milk
– 3 ice cubes

Instructions:

1. Add almond milk to blender.
2. Add remaining ingredients and blend for 30 seconds (or until blended).
