Squats are the number one exercise to lift, firm, and tone your butt, although you don’t have to stick to the same old boring variations day in and day out. You can change up your squat routine adding new challenges and dynamic variation to this staple of an exercise.

The number one reason for including squat variations in your routine is to hit your dense glute muscles from all different angles, making sure you train a very well rounded butt. The secondary reason, which to me is actually the most important, is that you can continue to switch up your workouts therefore avoiding the number 1 motivation killer: workout boredom.

If you never get bored with your workouts then you’ll never stop working out which will keep your butt in shape permanently.
