Today’s workout includes:

  • Overhead Dumbbell Press
  • Dumbbell Lateral Raise
  • Plate Front Raise
  • Cable Bent over Rear Flyes

To get the most out of this workout I recommend choosing weights you can lift for up to 15 repetitions but not more.
