Yes! I have 2 babies myself (ages 1 and 3.5 during the making of this video). It is definitely possible to achieve flat abs after babies, you just need the combination of the right workouts and nutrition to get lean and strong.
WILL THIS WORKOUT GET RID OF LOOSE SKIN?
This workout targets your ab muscles which are underneath the skin. There are no skin-tightening exercises. The best you can do for loose skin is to stay hydrated, moisturize your skin, and become your leanest strongest and healthiest self. My belly skin is a bit looser after carrying two precious babies, but you generally can’t tell unless looking closely. I love it and wouldn’t have it any other way. ❤️
