Workout with me today using our Team Live Lean December to Remember program (free to members)
No matter what the season, it’s always a good time to workout. In Team Live Lean we do all the thinking and planning for you. This month we’re offering a bodyweight only, minimal equipment workout that you can do on the road or in your house so there’s no excuse no matter what. You can even do these workouts in the airport on your way to Grandma’s house. 🙂
For today’s workout we’re doing “Holiday Strength 2”
The warm up is listed on page 4 and the cool down is on page 10. If you don’t have the jump rope for the warm up that’s okay, you can be like me and do the “fake jump rope”, it works pretty much the same. You can also substitute any other firm platform instead of a chair for the step ups.
For more advanced users or those who do have access to weights, feel free to add any additional resistance you want to any of these exercises.
