Workout with me in today’s halloween inspired workout

Happy Halloween live leaners! Well almost halloween anyway.. today’s workout is inspired by my body paint that was done earlier today in a video collaboration with Artist Jody Steel. To watch the video of her painting on us click HERE

Try this Halloween inspired strength and cardio workout.

Here are the 5 moves:

  • Spider Pushups
  • Mummy Kicks
  • ScareCrow Jacks
  • Zombie Crawl
  • Frankenstein Squat Jumps

Do 13 reps of each, for 3 total rounds. (repeat this 2 more times after following the video)
