My Healthy Hair Products | Hanz de Fuko Review @HanzdeFuko #LLTV

Are Your Hair Products Stealing Your Manhood?

Live Lean Nation, on today’s episode of Live Lean TV, we’re talking about a different side of health. Rather than talking about the things you’re putting IN your body, we’re focusing on what you’re putting ON your body.

Alright, you may be asking…

“Brad, dude, you’re a fitness, nutrition, and health guy…why are you talking about hair products such as the ?”

It’s simple. I’ve decided to re-brand Live Lean TV as “Live Stylish TV”:

Step 1: Shampoo hair. Rinse.
Step 2: Condition hair. Rinse.
Step 3: Towel dry hair.
Step 4: Add product.
Step 5: Style into a top knot. ie. Man Bun.

Kidding…We’ll stick with the Live Lean TV concept and will talk about the coconut oil for hair growth.

But seriously, how this all ties together is this…

As a health professional, it’s my duty to bring light to this little talked about issue:

The issue of unhealthy manhood robbing chemicals added to hair products.

Before I explain, in the comment section below, I’m interested in knowing, do you ever read the ingredients label on your hair products? Tell me now.

Alright, I’d be willing to bet the majority of people don’t read the ingredients label and are not aware that the ingredients you put on your body, whether it’s on your skin or your hair, are often filled with unnatural and unhealthy chemicals.

I say unhealthy, because a lot of hair products contain chemicals that can mimic the hormone estrogen in the body. They’re called xenoestrogens. These suckers can be terrible for men’s testosterone production, and bad for women’s overall health.

So yes, just like I’m educating your to read ingredients on food labels, as a Live Leaner, I’m also telling you that you should also be reading the ingredients list on your hair products.

So here’s what to look out for:

Do your best to AVOID products that contain the words:

– parabens
– sulfates
– phthalates

Now I admit, it was tough finding a brand of hair products that not only works, but also does not contain these man-hood destroying xenoestrogens.

But fortunately, I found a brand that I want to share with you.

Say what up to an American company called Hanz de Fuko
