How To Take An Active Rest Day

Live Lean Rest Day Activities

On today’s episode of Live Lean TV, I’m showing you how to take an active rest day, including various rest day activities to stay fit.

Here’s what a typical active rest day looks like for me:

  • Going for a bike ride
  • Playing basketball
  • Inline skating
  • Walking the dog
  • Running around in the sand at the beach

Even though, it’s a rest day, I still love moving my body and getting outdoors.

I encourage you to do the same.

In this video, I’m rocking the outside sandal and insoles from Superfeet.

If you take your fun to the extreme, Superfeet’s new outside sandals will match your energy step-for- step.
