  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup Frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 banana
  • 3 dates
  • 2 ice cubes

  • 1 serving vanilla whey protein isolate powder
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup Frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 banana
  • 3 dates
  • 2 ice cubes

Instructions
  1. In a blender, add 1/2 cup full fat canned coconut milk, 1 serving of Earth Nutri vanilla whey protein isolate powder (use 25% off coupon code: LiveLeanTV25), 1 tbsp almond butter, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tbso honey, 1 cup frozen pineapple, 1/2 banana, 3 dates, and 2 ice cubes.
  2. Blend all the ingredients together.
  3. If it’s too thick, simply add a little more water, starting with ¼ cup.
  4. Pour into a glass or shaker cup.
  5. Enjoy the delicious gains!
