How To Make A Homemade Espresso Steak Rub
On today’s episode of Live Lean TV, I’m showing you how to make an espresso rubbed steak recipe.

Espresso Rubbed Steak Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp ground espresso
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 lbs flank steak

Instructions
To make the espresso steak rub, in a mixing bowl add 1 tbsp of chili powder, 1 tbsp of ground espresso, 1/4 tsp of sea salt, and 1/4 tsp of ground black pepper, then mix together.
Rub the espresso mixture over both sides of the flank steak, then pat the steak with your fingers.
Slice the flank steak into thin strips.
Heat a pan over higher heat.
If the steak sizzles as soon as it touches the pan, it's ready.
Add the rest of the steak to the pan and heat for approximately 4 minutes, flipping to cook throughly.
Add the steak to a plate and enjoy.
