All you need is 5 minutes and one resistance band!

Workout with me! Everyone has 5 minutes.

5 Minute Toned Arms Stretch Band Workout

This workout will take you exactly 5 minutes of your time to complete a full round. If you have more time and you want to get a complete arm workout you should do it again for 2-3 total rounds. This 10-15 minute time commitment will really pay off in your results.

All you need for this workout is 1 loop resistance band and you can follow my intervals if you’re watching this video. If you do the workout on your own or with some fun music you can pick up this type of interval timer that I use:

Interval Timer

We’ll do each exercise for 45 seconds duration with 15 second rest periods. Do as many reps as you can during the work time but make sure each rep is controlled and your attention is on your muscles flexing.

Here are the 5 exercises:

  1. Pull Aparts | 45 Seconds
  2. Alternating Wide Pulldowns | 45 Seconds
  3. Single Arm Tricep Extensions | 20 Seconds per side
  4. Bent Over Rows | 45 Seconds
  5. Single Arm Bicep Curls | 20 Seconds per side

I recommend 3 rounds to get a more complete workout. You can repeat this circuit 2 more times for a 15 minute total workout.
