Q: Can I follow this together with another program? 
A: Of course you can, but I would recommend against it. The best results will be seen when y0u truly commit to one goal at a time and focus all your attention on it. Keep in mind it is only 6 weeks, so save your other desired program to do after you finish this one. Don’t doubt the results until you have given it your full effort and seen for yourself. Even though these workouts are short, they are truly effective when done right.
