1. Can females use this program or is it just for males?

LS42 is designed for intermediate to advanced trainees who are stuck in a rut and experiencing muscle building and fat loss plateaus. In other words, it doesn’t matter if you’re male or female. If you currently lift weights and your results have plateaued, this is the program to get you stronger (safely), so you can bust through your annoying plateaus.

2. Will I build muscle and burn fat on this program or will I just get stronger?

This is a Live Lean style training program. That means even though this phase of your training is designed to get you stronger in 42 days, it’s also designed to program your body to be ready to build more muscle and burn more fat with your next phase of training.

3. I’m just a beginner to exercise. Is this program too advanced for me?

LS42 is designed for people who have experience in the gym lifting weights but have hit a plateau with their training.

4. I’ve been going to the gym for years but am looking for a new workout program. Is this program going to challenge me?

Definitely. I’ve been training for over 10 years and I love the challenge of these unique training styles. I promise you, regardless if you are intermediate or advanced, you will be challenged and you will see results with LS42.

5. How long will the workouts take?

As a Live Leaner, you know you don’t need to spend your life in the gym. Based on this philosophy and the unique training styles used in the LS42 workouts, all the workouts only take between 30-55 minutes, 3-4 days per week.

6. Do you need to have access to a gym with weights and machines?

A gym membership is not required IF you have access to a range of heavy dumbbells and barbells. LS42 is a strength building program so you will be required to lift heavier weight. However, you do not require access to any weird machines you see at some gyms. All the exercises use barbells and dumbbells. If you need an exercise modification, you can also ask us inside our app for suggestions!

7. Since the LS42 training system is designed for strength building, will I get injured?

LS42 was designed with safety first. This IS NOT a typical “strongman” workout style that throughs all safety out the window. If you follow the detailed, step-by-step exercise video demonstrations, follow the mandatory warm up protocols, and complete the 1 rep max testing procedures before starting the program to ensure you’re lifting within your strength capabilities, you are preparing your body to get stronger in the most safe way possible.
