Yes, every workout is comprised of exercises that can be done at home or the gym. If you workout at home, you will only need access to dumbbells, and preferably an adjustable bench and pull up bar. However, if you don’t have these pieces of equipment, simply ask us for substitute exercises in the private accountability group. We’d be happy to help.
Yes, each exercise includes a step-by-step exercise video demonstration, with coaching cues on how to complete the movement in a safe and effective manner. These are quick exercise demo videos, not follow along workout videos. Think of Brad as your personal trainer in your pocket.

Although we recommend you get the most out of our programs by consuming them digitally (because we occasionally update and improve our programs), we understand having the ability to download is important to some of you. Therefore you can download and print the workouts. Just go plant a tree to make up for it.

We provide you with a sample meal plan, that includes a day’s worth of recipes. However, if you’re looking more variety, you can add one of our cookbooks to your account here.
We do not provide specific vegan nutrition plan options. The majority of our nutrition plan is comprised of higher in protein and healthy fat, and lower in sugary carbohydrates. If we had to label it, our nutrition plan would be close to the Paleo Diet.
Depending on the training style, each workout is designed to be completed between 30-60 minutes.
Although supplements are not required, we do provide a tiny list of foundational supplements that most people can benefit from.
