Yes, every workout is comprised of exercises that can be done at home or the gym. If you workout at home, you will only need access to dumbbells, and preferably an adjustable bench and pull up bar. However, if you don’t have these pieces of equipment, simply ask us for substitute exercises in the app. We’d be happy to help.

Yes, each exercise includes a step-by-step exercise video demonstration, with coaching cues on how to complete the movement in a safe and effective manner. These are quick exercise demo videos, not follow along workout videos. Think of Brad as your personal trainer in your pocket.

All the above! Coach Brad designed these workouts to achieve the goals of both men and women. We also show you how to scale the workouts based on your fitness level. Every workout in this 42 day program incorporates different training styles designed to help you build functional strength, build lean muscle definition, and burn off stubborn pockets of body fat. The workouts also include warm ups and cool downs to help you injury proof your body and become more flexible and mobile.

Although it’s not required, our clients who see the best results track these numbers for a short period of time, when they have a serious body transformation goal.

The entire 42 day workout program is only comprised of dumbbell and bodyweight exercises. Having access to an adjustable flat/incline bench and pull up bar is recommended. However, if you don’t have these pieces of equipment, simply ask us for substitute exercises in the app. We’d be happy to help.


Yes. We understand injuries can be very frustrating to train around. That’s why we make ourselves available to you inside our app. This is where we answer all your questions and help you find alternative exercises, including if you’re a beginner.

Yes, all the workouts are available through an app that can also be streamed to your TV.

Depending on the training style, each workout is designed to be completed between 30-45 minutes.

Of course this is different for everyone, but if you’re committed and consistent with following the workout schedule and eating healthy, you should start feeling and looking better in as little as 2-3 weeks. But remember, Living Lean is a lifestyle, not a short-term race. Stay focused grasshopper.
