Ingredients (one serving):

– Water or Almond Milk
– 1/2 cup Ezekial cereal or your favorite whole grain low sugar cereal

Instructions:

1. Mix whey protein powder with water or almond milk.

2. Add cereal to a bowl.

3. Top with protein water or milk.
