On today’s episode of Live Lean TV, I’m showing you how to make protein cereal in 30 seconds or less.

This protein cereal recipe is super quick and can be eaten at any time during the day.

It’s not something that I eat every day, but when I’m in a rush, or having a craving for cereal, this is usually my go to.

Instructions
  1. In a blender, add one scoop of protein powder with 1/2 cup of almond milk and blend.
  2. Add 1/3 cup of grain free paleo friendly cereal or granola to a bowl. I'm using this grain free paleo cocoa sea salt granola.
  3. Top with the protein milk mixture. If you have left over milk, chug it.

Find a cereal that fills you up

The key is to find a healthy cereal that is not filled with hunger spiking grains.

The goal is to fill yourself up, not eat cereal that is marketed as low calorie.

These low calorie cereals are usually filled with unhealthy ingredients that don’t fill you up.

They spike your blood sugar, thus causing it to quickly crash, then you’re hungry again.
