Stairs Walking Push Ups are a fun push up variation that works your whole body and keeps your heart rate up.

To perform STAIRS WALKING PUSHUP:
1. Start at the bottom of the stairs placing your hands on the first step and doing a full push up with your core engaged and your butt and legs flexed.
2. After one pushup step both hands up onto the next step also taking mini steps forward with your feet.
3. Do another push up and then continue climbing up the stairs doing a push up on each step.
