Instructions
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 375F.
  2. Add tin foil on top of a baking sheet, then spread 1 tsp of coconut oil, or avocado oil, over the tin foil so the tilapia doesn't stick.
  3. Add 2 fillets of tilapia, or your favorite white fish, to the baking sheet. Next up, add the ingredients on top of each tilapia fillet.
  4. Shake up the salsa, then add 1 tsp on top of each tilapia fillet. This will act as the pizza sauce.
  5. Next, add 1 tbsp of finely grated mozzarella cheese on top of each tilapia fillet. Just make sure you don't overdue by adding too much cheese.
  6. Next up are vegetables with colors from the rainbow. However, feel free to add any vegetables that you like. Add 1 tsp of diced mushroom, 1 tsp of diced onion, 1 tsp of diced orange bell pepper for color, and for some greens, 1 tsp of diced broccoli. I know most people do not add broccoli to their pizza, but it's so good for you, and it actually tastes good. Add 1 tsp of every vegetable on top of each tilapia fillet.
  7. Top each tilapia fillet with a dash of dried oregano.
  8. Once the oven is pre-heated to 375F, add the baking sheet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  9. When the buzzer goes off, remove the tilapia pizza from the oven, and enjoy. Your tilapia pizza is now ready to eat.

  5. I saw the title and hit a bit of a mental block – I was thinking “fish, on pizza…. ummm, I dunno…”. But this actually looks good. I believe I have some tilapia in the freezer.
As for tilapia being bottom feeders, yes, I’ve heard this too, but shrimp are also bottom feeders. I figure they were made to eat these things, their bodies can process it. I would draw the line at eating their stomach content. Otherwise, there are plenty of other white fish you could use as a substitute.
    Thanks Brad

  6. Ever since the show Dirty Jobs and the segment on Tilapia, that they are poop eaters. Like true human poop eating fish has turned me off to even trying tilapia. But I do have to say if substituting the tilapia for something else, it looks great!
