Well, if you love peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, I just put together this muscle building protein shake recipe that tastes just like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

Get ready to get excited!

Note: I prefer it much better with almond butter now 😁

Did I mention this protein shake is delicious, and it’s easy to make, as all you have to do is throw the ingredients into a blender!

This protein shake will also help build muscle after a tough workout as it includes simple sugars to help you replenish your glycogen and protein to help rebuild your muscles.

  • 1 serving Protein Powder enough for 30-40g of protein
  • 1 tbsp plain greek yogurt paleo substitute: 3 tbsp egg whites
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries, raspberries, blueberries
  • 2/3 cup grape juice
  • 2/3 cup Almond Milk unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter paleo substitute: almond butter
