Instructions
  1. Spray a frying pan with a little bit of avocado oil cooking spray, then pre-heat the pan over medium high heat.
  2. Next, add 4 oz of thinly pre-chopped mushrooms, 1/2 pre-chopped red bell pepper, and 1/2 pre-chopped green bell pepper to the frying pan.
  3. Spray the vegetables with a little spray of the avocado oil cooking spray, then allow them to heat up in the pan for approximately 1 minute.
  4. Add in some flavor by topping off the vegetable mixture with 1/2 tsp of diced garlic and some black pepper to taste.
  5. After heating up the vegetables for approximately 2 minutes, remove them from the frying pan, then add the frying pan back on the heat.
  6. Add a little more avocado oil cooking spray to the frying pan, then crumble the ground beef and heat it up for approximately 4-5 minutes, or until browned and cooked throughly.
  7. Once the ground beef is almost browned, add a little bit of flavor by adding in 1 tbsp of worcestershire sauce, then mix it all together until the ground beef is completely cooked throughout.
  8. Once the ground beef is done, add the vegetable mixture back to the frying pan and stir it together with the ground beef. This beef and vegetable mixture will go inside the paleo lettuce wraps.
  9. Remove the beef and vegetable mixture from the heat, then add it to a glass food storage container.
  10. Add 2-3 leaves of bibb lettuce to a plate. You can also use Boston, butter, or romaine lettuce. These are all good lettuce wrap options as well.
  11. Use the lettuce leaves as the shell for your wrap, then scoop some of the beef and vegetable mixture and place it inside the lettuce wrap.
  12. Add some chopped tomatoes to the top of the lettuce wraps, then wrap it and eat.
  13. There you go ladies and gentlemen, that is your little snack.

  1. What cooking spray do you use? Also, how many of these wraps would you
normally eat as a whole meal? 🙂

  2. A lot of you one here are talking about oil note stay away from vegetable
oil. Use Red palm oil or coconut oil. Don’t get confused with palm oil
that isn’t good for you, it has to be red palm oil.

  3. Brad I’m a little newer to the fitness world, a year ago I was eating tons
of fast food, drinking SEVERAL fountain size or even bottles of soda
(mostly dark) per day. I finally stopped the soda habbit for the past 8
months (switched to teas and juice shortly) been drinking tons of water the
past 6 months and I have been switching to eating healthier. I stumbled
across this video and I’m curious, if your adding ground beef to any recipe
is there a certain kind I should be looking for? I have really been trying
to stick with baked or grilled chicken, even considering fish but I am
still learning alternatives and better choices with everything from butter
to bread. I do HIIT exercises and I find it extremely hard to lose weight
still so my diet is my hugest concern at the moment. Thanks in advance.

  4. 586006 692331 I discovered your weblog internet site on google and check some of your early posts. Continue to maintain up the quite very good operate. I just additional up your RSS feed to my MSN News Reader. Seeking forward to reading far more from you later on!

  5. You aren’t kidding, this recipe is a keeper. It’s really good to get rid of
extra ground beef. I’ve had it warm and cold it is great.

  6. GET YOUR SHIRTS TODAY!! LIKE ASAP!!! YOU CAN ORDER PAST THE GOAL!! GET FOR
THE SUMMER, FOR THE WINTER.. GET ALL LIVE LEANED UP!!

  7. hey brad i think about to buy some hoodie from team live lean , is it
possible to ship to germany ? , witch size do u wear ? i don’t know with
    size i need , machest ist 39,4 inch Iam 178cm and 71 kg , Mayer u remember
my 365 Video i Send to you

  8. cooking spray is so disgusting.
Cooking is all about the fats, if you only use such a tiny amound, you
    loose most flavour potential.

Butter is pretty much always the best solution! (use what we call butter
    lard in germany, concentrated butter^^)

  9. If you’d cook the meat first, you could avoid using the cooking spray all
together, and cook the vegetables in the Greece from the meet. It gives a
lot better flavor, and you don’t have to add the cooking spray at all…..
