How To Do A LEG EXTENSION:
LEG EXTENSION: Targeted Muscles:
The Leg Extension is an isolation exercise that primarily targets the quadricep muscles in the legs.

To perform LEG EXTENSION:
1. Sit down in a leg extension machine and adjust the leg pad so it’s just in contact with the lower part of your shins with the pivot point of the machine in alignment with your knees.
2. Initiate the move by contracting your quadriceps and fully extend both legs.
3. Contract hard at the top part of the range of motion, then under control, slowly lower the weight by bending your knees while keeping the tension on the quadriceps the entire time.
