What are proats?

I’m often asked how to make oatmeal taste good, without adding sugar.

One of the best ways is making proats.

If you’re not familiar with proats, or proatmeal, it simply refers to a combination of protein powder and oats.

Adding protein powder and these delicious ingredients will make your oatmeal taste amazing.

Currently, I’m using a vanilla egg protein powder from Earth Nutri.
