How To Get Fit In Less Than 30 Minutes
On today’s episode, I’m sharing the 3 keys to get fit and sexy in 30 minutes or less.
A few days ago on my Facebook Page, I posted the following:
You’re busy and don’t want to spend hours in a gym.
I get it.
So I’m pumped to fill you in on this secret:
To get fit, you DO NOT have to live in the gym.
In fact, you can get fit and sexy in 30 minutes or less of workout time!
There are 3 caveats:
#1. Increase your work effort and decrease your rest periods
The effort portion is pretty straight forward.
If you want to change your physique, and you only have 30 minutes or less, you must give it your all.
No taking bathroom breaks.
No talking up the hot chick.
And no damn selfies!
You may be able to get away with this if you spread your workout over 90 minutes, but since you only have ⅓ of the time…
You have to go beast mode.
This means doing more work in less time.
For instance, a typical 60 minute workout is usually comprised of 40 sec of work followed by 60 seconds of rest.
That means you’re resting for 50% more than you’re actually exercising.
Since you only have 30 minutes, this work to rest ratio is NOT going to get you fit and sexy.
You must increase your effort by increasing the work time and decreasing the rest time.
#2. You must have a plan of action and be ready to go
As soon as your 30 minutes begins, you should already know exactly what exercises you’re going to do.
No looking like that dude who is lost, you don’t have time to be lost, you only have 30 minutes!
Have a plan and stick to it!
#3. Be more precise with your nutrition
Since you’ll be at a slight disadvantage with your calorie burn vs. someone who spends hours in the gym, you’ll need to pay a little more attention to the foods you feed your mouth.
This is why a lot of professional athletes can eat like crap and still look decent.
It’s because they’re training so many hours in a day.
All I’m saying is, the more hours you workout, the more flexible you can be with your diet, and still get decent results.
Therefore, focus the majority of your foods on beef, poultry, fish, eggs, vegetables, fruit, nuts, seeds, and healthy oils…and stick to just one cheat meal a week.
These foods will fuel your workouts and are the secret sauce to faster results!
