Game Day Snack: Lemon Infused Chia Seed “Man Pudding”

Delicious Tasting Plant-Based Snack

Football season is almost here. If you’re as excited as I am, yell out, “Lets Go Broncos”! Admit it, deep down you have nothing but love for my boy Peyton Manning.

There’s nothing like huddling around the big screen with your buddies for the Monday Night’er. Lots of laughs, and of course lots of food and drinks.

Unfortunately, if you’re as big of a football as I am, you probably also spent a large portion of the day before not only sitting in front of the TV watching the Sunday games, but also indulging on some less than Live Lean approved foods.

But that’s okay. Whaaaaaat?

Yes, it’s okay as long as you plan for Sunday to be your cheat meal for the week. Cause I know you earned it by sticking to your workout program and meal plan, right? Of course you did.

However, what happens when the Monday Night’er rolls around and you get an invite from your buddies to watch the game with chicken wings and pizza? Do you have to pass and stay home since you already had your cheat meal yesterday?

Def not.

I have you covered. I want you to be proactive and bring another delicious tasting snack like this Game Day Lemon Infused Chia Seed Pudding.

Now I don’t recommend you call it that when your buddies ask you what it is. You can just simply call it, “Man Pudding”.

Once your buddies taste it, they’ll be loving it! Then you can tell them it’s made with all these plant-based ingredients:
