French Vanilla Iced Coffee Protein Shake Recipe

Delicious And Creamy Iced Protein Coffee Recipe With Instant Coffee

On today’s episode of Live Lean TV, I’m showing you how to make a delicious french vanilla iced coffee protein shake recipe with instant coffee.

I’m also going to show you how to make the optional coffee ice cubes.

You don’t have to make them, but they do add more intensity to the iced coffee protein shake.

For the protein powder, I’m using my favorite egg white protein powder from Earth-Nutri.

It’s flavored with stevia and it’s delicious.

Ingredients
  • 12 oz boiling water
  • 2 servings instant coffee
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder
  • 5 drops liquid stevia (or 1 packet)
  • 1 handful coffee ice cubes (or use regular ice cubes)
Instructions
  1. Add 12 oz of water to a tea pot and then boil the water.
  2. To make the optional coffee ice cubes: Add 1 serving of instant coffee to a coffee cup. Pour 6 oz of boiling water into the cup and stir together. Slowly pour the coffee into an ice cube tray and place it in the freezer until frozen.
  3. Once the coffee ice cubes are frozen about 1-2 hours later, you can start with the recipe. But again, these coffee ice cubes are just optional.
  4. In a blender, add 1 serving of instant coffee, 6 oz of boiling water, 1 serving of vanilla protein powder, and 5 drops of liquid stevia (or 1 packet of stevia), and blend it up for 15 seconds.
  5. Once ice cubes are frozen, remove them from the freezer. If you access, grab a frosty glass, and add a handful of coffee ice cubes to your frosty glass.
  6. Pour the coffee over a handful of coffee ice cubes (or plain ice cubes) and drink.

  1. I’ve noticed you like to use Stevia as a sweetener. Have you ever tried Xylitol? Maybe the making of a “Food Wars” episode….
