Completion of a live lean program is a pre-requisite for Coaching.

Coaching IS for you IF:

  • You have committed to change but find you need the one-on-one attention to get past a road block or plateau
  • You’re fed up with trial and error and are ready to make an investment in your success
  • You know you’ll stick to the plan better if a coach is holding you accountable

Coaching IS NOT for you IF:

  • You’ve never followed a program before (please ask if you don’t know what program to do first)
  • You are unwilling to stick to a healthy eating and exercise program even if it’s customized
  • You don’t see the value in one-on-one attention and you’re not willing to invest in your success

(Important Side note: Coaching is for Custom NUTRITION ONLY — 6 week duration only. We offer tons of great workout programs that are sold separately. Here’s how it works:

Once per week CHECK INS from me are on Sunday’s.  Once every 7 days. But if anything happens during the week that we need to discuss there are opportunities for quick chats. 

I encourage the use of social media to stay in touch with me, ask questions and send pics/videos etc.. of your fit activities & daily meals so you stay motivated.
